Installation only takes a few hours and requires little more than a wrench. That means no boom truck or heavy crane. Most installations take little more than a hand truck and two installers.

Ships Ladder
A “Ship Ladder” is defined by OSHA in proposed section 1910.21 as a stairway equipped with treads and stair rails with a slope greater than 70 degrees. Sometimes referred to as ship stairs, the term doesn’t mean it’s only used on ships, but merely stairs/ladders between 50° to 70° of incline and applications are for areas where standard stair length runs are not feasible. In almost every industrial environment, safe access for maintenance and production is a must. Erectastep's series of ship stairs is an OSHA-compliant, configurable solution that provides stability and durability. Plus, because it offers complete customization, it’s made to fit virtually any industrial application need. This steep incline stair is not suited for standard public access, office, commercial, or residential use applications.

ErectaStep portable series galvanized steel stairs provide a fast, easy solution for your temporary or permanent steel stair needs. Two models designed to be compliant with either OSHA or IBC standards and regulations. Ideal for permanent or temporary stairs. Perfect for job site trailers, modular office buildings, temporary housing, industrial and construction sites. We also have Industrial Stair Solutions for applications that are permanent and require custom configurations. ErectaStep portable stairs comes with adjustable legs for uneven surfaces keeping your platform height even and level to your door or access point.

Concrete Forming Kits
Our form kits are convenient and include everything needed for stair footers and foundations, just add concrete. Forms are in stock and ready to ship. Great for remote locations or tank farms with high concrete containment berms where getting equipment inside of the berms can be difficult. Form size is engineered to meet OSHA requirements for stair landing and meets structural stability requirements for up to a 6 step ErectaStep system.

Our pre-made staircases are available in both aluminum and steel construction.
